Stuck?

Big, noble ideas can get stuck. 

Maybe it’s from lack of leadership or no money or disagreements and arguing over what the thing should look like.  It can get so bad it sits there for 25 years with nothing happening, and everyone sees it half-finished and they point and laugh and wish it would just go away. 

Yet in the end it can become the most stately, notable thing around, and no one remembers a time when it wasn’t there.
